Privacy Policy

TopicMap is a free tool that turns a topic into a content-cluster map. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data we handle and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

• Using the free map generator: nothing personal. You don’t log in, and we don’t store an account, profile, or the topics you generate against your identity.
• If you join the waitlist: your email address, and the topic you last generated (so we know what people are mapping). That’s it.
• Aggregate analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless usage stats (page views, button clicks) to understand traffic. These are anonymous and not used to build a profile of you.

Why we collect it

Your email is used for one thing: to notify you once, when the paid version of TopicMap opens. No drip sequences, no selling, no sharing with third parties for marketing.

Where it’s stored

Waitlist emails are stored in Supabase (an EU-hosted database) and the site is served by Vercel. Both are reputable infrastructure providers with their own security and privacy practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email from the waitlist at any time. Email hello@topicmap.app and we’ll remove it.
